Diyosha works diligently to fulfill your order, and we strive to have it processed and sent out within one week or sooner. However, in rare cases, it may take up to three weeks. Once your order is shipped, USPS will deliver it within 2-5 business days if you are located within the US.

Keep in mind that these delivery times are estimated and unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured that you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Incorrect Shipping Information

We ask that you double-check and ensure that you provide the correct shipping information at checkout. Diyosha cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery or non-delivery of packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a non-deliverable shipping address entered by the customer, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package. We cannot issue refunds or send free replacements for packages that were delivered to the "wrong" location due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please place a new order if you still wish to receive the package with the correct shipping information.

Delayed Shipping/Lost Orders 

If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have received it by mistake.
